Worship & Discipleship

Sons & Daughters Worship School is a 9 month, three-track process focused on the development of Christ-like character, leadership skill and the tools and rhythms of discipleship and mission. Each track begins with a weekend immersion experience that involves intensive teaching and training in a small group environment. Following each immersion weekend, the students are coached for three months through weekly, web-based, video training calls lasting 90 minutes each. 

track 1 - Character

“The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” 1Sam 16:7b

We begin with character development, because healthy fruit can only develop from well tended roots. The call of every leader is to dig deep if we are to bear the weight of the fruit God wants to produce in us.

track 2 - Competency

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
Col 3:23

Only after addressing our character can we gain a fresh perspective on how to approach and develop our skill. A highly skilled leader can influence many people. A healthy root system will foster a positive influence.

track 3 - Multiplication

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” Matt 28:19

We conclude with discipleship and mission, because what God is doing in us was never meant to stop with us.  We are called to GO and MAKE disciples. We were made to produce abundant fruit all for God's glory.
